Sean Jaeger

  • Players will advance their technique with the goal to be efficient and effective while learning about their own natural strengths and how to develop their ideal playing style.

  • Daily fitness aims to improve coordination, agility, endurance, as well as lower and upper body strength. Players will also learn about the importance of nutrition and how to take care of their bodies.

  • Players will be provided Match Journals on their first day and participate in on court mental training sessions.

  • Players will learn the importance of discipline, respect for themselves and opponents, the value of competition, and how to find happiness in effort and purpose.

Foundational Principles

Assisted Match Journaling

Full day players will receive a Functional Tennis Match Journal on their first day

Players will learn to identify key factors in matches, reinforcing pattern recognition, giving them a better idea of what to practice and how to win

Players will track things like strategy efficacy, mental calm, and further understand their own game once they leave camp

Video analysis

Players will be recorded on their first camp day. Throughout the week campers will analyze together different aspects their groundstrokes and serves.

A common practice in all sports is to film athletes to capture and analyze their movements to speed along their process.
